20,000 CFM chilled water coil section replacement in a hospital in Staten Island, NY.

The chilled water section was built using a custom modular design.
All parts for this section were brought to the installation location through a standard size door.
Disassembly and removal of the chilled water section, and assembly and installation of the new chilled water section took 10 hours and the air handler unit was back up and running. A sloped drain pan was installed in the section along with a new access door.
