Two Cell Cooling Tower – Replaced one cell – AC fan with EC cooling tower fan array.
Old cooling tower which produced 72,000CFM was replaced with a (qty = 6) EC cooling tower fan array which produced 72,000 CFM and has 30% redundant capacity.
A broken AC cooling tower fan which supported the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems inside the hospital.

New EC fan array and it does not require any maintenance, uses less energy, offers redundancy, and has a digital variable speed controller for the fans. In the future, this speed controller will be connected to their BMS system which will allow them to monitor the new EC cooling tower fan array from a central location.
