Baikal installed 600 CFM hepa filter window units in a hospital in Bronx, NY.
These units were installed in seven different patient rooms and were used to make the rooms negative.
By making the rooms negative, patients with Covid-19 can not pass on the virus to anyone in the hallway.
With the window units running, the rooms are negatively pressurized and air is pulled from the room into the window unit, through a Merv 8 filter, then hepa filter, through a fan, and then pushed out the back of the unit through a backdraft damper to outside of the building.
The backdraft prevents the air from entering the unit from outside the building.
